Broughton Painting & Decorating has specialized in commercial painting and wallcovering since its Maryland incorporation in 1971. Interior Services

Our Company does a wide array of interior commercial painting, Ranging from new and existing commercial office space to new condominium/apartment buildings. We primarily handle conventional paint applications, but have substantial experience with multi-color (Polomyx & Zolotone) and texture applications.

Exterior Services

We have extensive experience with commercial exterior painting. We have applied conventional and high performance coatings to architectural concrete at high-rise condominiums, office buildings, industrial centers, and above ground garages. Our company has also applied high performance coatings to structural steel exposed to weather elements.

Wallcovering Services

We handle the purchasing and installation of commercial wallcovering. Over the years, we have facilitated the installation of thousands of yards of wallcovering at hotels, condominiums, and office lobbies. Our company also purchases and installs “Wall Talkers” at office spaces in the area.

55 Hundred Luxury Condos in Alexandria, VA

Broughton Painting and Decorating Co., Inc. is currently painting the 234-luxury-units, 10 levels of common areas, lobby, exercise room, and community room at "55 Hundred" - luxury apartment homes in Arlington, VA.

55 M Street in Washington, DC

Broughton Painting and Decorating Co., Inc. completed exterior painting and interior painting of the garage, lobby, and corridors of the 55 M Street building. The painting scope included application of high performance coatings. The first three photos above show our work in progress in 2008 and the final photo shows the completed project in 2009. 55 M Street is located two blocks north of Nationals Park in Washington, DC.

Acton's Landing in Annapolis, MD

Broughton Painting and Decorating Co., Inc. completed both interior and exterior work of the new condominium building that is part of Acton's Landing. Work included installation of wall-covering, painting of interior units and hallways, and exterior painting. These photos shows examples of our work that was completed in 2008. Acton's Landing is located along Spa Creek in downtown Historic Annapolis.

Post Massachesetts Avenue in Washington, DC

Broughton Painting and Decorating Co., Inc. completed all the painting and wall-covering in the common areas, lobby, and all units of Post Massachusetts Ave. These photos shows examples of our work completed in 2002. Post Massachusetts Avenue is located on the prominent corner of Mass Avenue and 15th Street in northwest Washington, DC.

The Royalton in Alexandria, VA

Broughton Painting and Decorating Co., Inc. provided all painting and wall-covering for this 114-unit upscale condominium including all units, lobby, corridors, and the 3-level underground garage. The Royalton is located at the corner of Duke and Holland Streets in Old Town Alexandria, VA and work was completed in 2007.

Clarksville, MD - Hilltop Elementary School Interior Painting and Drywall Repair

We repaired drywall, did stain remediation, and painted the walls of this preschool.

1021 Clarendon in Alexandria, VA

Broughton Painting and Decorating Co., Inc. provided all the interior and exterior painting for this 225-unit upscale condominium and 3-level underground garage complex. Columbia Condo is located in Washington's West End and work was completed in 2007.
