For the interior of this home, Broughton Painting and Decorating installed crown molding, wainscoting, and chair-rails. A custom color-scheme was applied throughout the home.
Broughton Painting and Decorating also applied a concrete floor paint (which included a non-skid additive broadcast mixed into the paint) to the patio and spray-applied 100% acrylic house paint to fence.

For the interior of this home, we performed drywall repairs prior to applying a custom color scheme to the ceilings and walls. The trim was recaulked and painted in a semi-gloss finish. For the exterior of this home, we replaced rotting wood in the soffit and facia board, stripped existing paint from the front door and applied two coats of 100% exterior latex semi-gloss to previously painted substrates.

There was peeling paint on the exterior moldings of this Roland Park home that we removed, then filled using wood filler in order to create a smooth defect. In addition, our team replaced damaged wood and then primed and applied two finish coats of Benjamin Moore Exterior paint to the entire exterior. Finally, we glazed all window mullions.
